37BS61 is the type I safety can w/ self-close lid designed to hold flammable liquids. This red safety can has the capacity to hold 2 gallons of flammable liquids. Made with a single spout for filling and pouring, the sealed lid contains an automatic positive-pressure relief that vents between 3 and 5 psig (0.2 and 0.35 bar) which helps prevent potential ruptures and explosions. 100% leak-proof, it is constructed out of high-grade steel coated in a chemical resistant powder-coat finish. Other features include a stainless steel flame arrester which helps dissipate heat to prevent flashback ignition and a swinging handle that makes it easier to carry heavy loads. The red color and warning labels bring awareness that dangerous flammables are stored inside. International version includes multi-lingual label kit.
