26BX55 is a 2″ NPS new design low profile pressure/vacuum relief vent. This polyethylene vent provides for both vacuum and pressure relief, allowing high volume air flow from IBC tanks where low pressure relief and vacuum are necessary to protect storage tanks from over pressure. The unique, patented seal allows the tank to maintain a positive pressure below the set pressure, helping to prevent your tank’s contents from potential contamination. The vacuum relief feature increases discharge rate and prevents your tanks from deforming under negative tank pressures. With an O-ring made of EPDM, it has a pressure vent with a PSI of 4.0-7.0 and a vacuum vent with a PSI of 0.5. Besides IBC tanks, these vents are suitable for a variety of different applications such as portable chemical storage tanks, large fuel tanks, or any other container in which the internal pressure needs to be controlled.
