19W3HL is a 30 gallon (114 liter) drum heating band from the Powerblanket® Lite product line (PBL30). The heater is compatible with steel and poly 30 gallon drums, and it includes an adjustable strap to ensure a snug fit. Capable of heating to a maximum of 125° F / 52° C, this band is designed for 120 volts delivering 280 watts of heating power. It is ideal for smaller scale heating jobs as it wraps around the base of the drum ensuring that heat is delivered to the most essential area.

This band prevents contents from freezing due to the ambient temperature, decontaminates liquids or resins, as well as regulates the viscosity of your product by maintaining a high internal temperature. It will not burn or scorch the drum.

Depending on application and ambient temperatures, sometimes a single band will run cooler than 125° F as it does not cover the entirety of the drum. For a full-coverage option that will decrease the time to reach ideal temperature, stack two to three units above one another on the drum. Particularly in bitter climates, save yourself production time and money by ensuring the contents of your drums are stored properly.
