This is a Series 4 c-clamp mount 1/6 HP totally enclosed fan vented (TENV) direct drive mixer with a .5″ Dia. x 34″ L mixing shaft. This economy mixer has a 3″ mixing blade with a 0-1750 variable mixer shaft RPM. The measured blade length is the blade’s diameter when extended during operation. Adjustable c-clamp mixers clamp to the walls of open top 55 gallon drums and tanks to allow for positioning of the mixer shaft.

Direct drive mixers run at high speed and use relatively small blades making them suitable for smaller batch sizes such as 55 gallon drums and lower viscosity products as the mixer shaft couples directly to the motor. The TENV motor offers increased protection against dirt and moisture compared to open electric motors as it does not allow outside air to circulate freely throughout the interior of the motor.

This economy agitator has various industrial applications including mixing paints, inks, various compounds and more. Coupling, shaft and mixing impellers are made with stainless steel.
