IBC Tote Pump W/ 48″ Polypropylene Tube, 1/2 HP Air Motor, 330 Cps, 22 Gpm (PF Series)

This is an air motor tote pump with a 2″ Dia. x 48″ L polypropylene tube. The max flow of this tote pump is 22.0 gpm with the ability to handle light to medium viscosity liquids up to 330 cps. Polypropylene (PP) has good chemical resistance allowing this unit to be suitable for container-to-container transfer of many acids, caustics, corrosives and flammables. Sealless and high performance, the barrel pump has dry run capability and a double suction impeller making it suitable for high flow applications. This tote pump can handle up to 160° F and a maximum specific gravity of 1.83.

The air motor is non-electric and thus has a reduced possibility of explosion from igniting flammable material or combustibles during use allowing the motor to be a safer alternative than standard electric motors. Tote pumps can provide container-to-container liquid transfer when the tote is too heavy to lift. The plastic tube is 48″ for use with IBC totes and other similar-sized containers with a depth of 48″. The discharge connection is a variable orifice barb. Versatile for multiple applications across industries, the tote pump offers easy disassembly for cleaning.
