This is a cover mount air direct drive pail mixer with 1/6 HP, 12″ shaft, and 0-5000 RPM. This top entry mixer is designed to efficiently turn-over small batches of a variety of different liquids and solids. It can be easily mounted onto your open top 5-gallon pail, providing a portable and heavy-duty agitating system. It is also available with stainless steel covers. This direct drive pail and drum mixer couple the mixer shaft directly to the motor, allowing it to run at a higher speed. They also feature a shaft support bearing that helps steady the mixing shaft when in use, reducing wear on the motor. The smaller mixing blades make it a better choice for mixing small batches of lower viscosities liquids and materials. Blades extend to full diameter when in operation. The air motor features variable speed control and is explosion proof. It is included with a control valve and muffler.
