This 26B2AM is a pneumatic automatic bottle capping machine that is set on to an existing conveyor and used to tighten caps onto bottles ranging from 10-130mm in diameter. It is capable of capping up to 35 bottles per minute. The machine operates on 50/60 Hz. with a torque range of 0-125 inch lbs. It can be used with bottles that have a maximum height of 17 inches. Automatic capping machines have a touchscreen display and navigation screen that can save capping programs to give the operator more control over the production. The machine can be used as a semi-automatic capping machine or automatic capping machine for various sectors, including the e-liquid, chemical, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage industry.

Sampling Process:

• Cap and bottle samples are tested on the bottle capping machine to ensure compatibility
• Upon request, video footage can be taken of the testing process using the customer provided samples. Recommended settings will be recorded to assist customers with a quick set up
• Samples must include contact info, 1 filled container with final product sample inside if possible, for each unique application (particularly if the container is clear and content is visible), 8 empty containers for up to five unique applications & 25-30 corresponding caps for each unique application
