The Handle-It® Model 1100 is a semi-automatic stretch wrap machine designed to wrap high volume amounts of pallets in a quick and efficient manner. This machine has 6 working cycles: ascent/descent, topsheet, only ascent, only descent, layers, and stack. it also has 3 working modes: semimanual, semiautomatic, or fixed height. It features top-of-the-line functions such as an auto film cutoff, 250% powered pre-stretch, a user friendly PLC control panel, braked turntable, photocell, and a safety stop. It can wrap up to 300 pallets daily with a 4,400 lb maximum load weight capacity and with dimensions of 48” x 80” (93″ diagonal).
